Last Saturday’ s Phase One do, combined with Lida’s Birthday party was a great success.
The hog was plenty big enough to feed over a hundred hungry mouths and the band were great.
The re-vamped workshop was heaving with writhing bodies till past mid-night. There were folk from the past and from the present team, plus lots of associates.
A great time was had by all.
Now the hard work will start raising the money for next year……. Plus, if you know anyone who wants to get involved in the preparations and races next year…now is the time to get in touch. All with enthusiasm and some basic life skills are very welcome.
